How to Delete Your Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your LMN8 account from either the mobile app or the web dashboard.

Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your data, devices, employees, scheduled deletions, and account settings will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

Open the LMN8 App

Launch the app on your Android device and log in with your credentials.

Go to Settings

Tap on the profile icon or navigate to the Settings screen from the menu.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option and tap on it.

Verify Your Identity

Enter your passcode or password to confirm it is you.

Confirm Deletion

Read the warning message carefully, then tap "Confirm" to permanently delete your account.

Log In to Your Account

Visit lmn8.app and sign in with your email and password.

Navigate to Settings

Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown.

Find "Delete Account"

Scroll down within the Settings page to the Delete Account section.

Click "Delete Account"

A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to proceed.

Verify Your Identity

Enter your password or passcode when prompted.

Confirm Deletion

Review the warning and click "Confirm Delete" to permanently remove your account.

What Gets Deleted

Once your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • All linked devices and their configurations
  • All employees (for business accounts)
  • Scheduled deletion settings and panic configurations
  • Storage statistics and usage data
  • Active subscriptions (no refund will be issued)
  • Login codes and passcodes
  • Push notification preferences

Before You Delete

Please keep the following in mind before proceeding:

  • If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately with no refund for the remaining period.
  • If you are a business account owner, all employees linked to your account will lose access.
  • If you are a customer with linked devices, all device accounts will be removed.
  • Your data cannot be recovered after deletion. Make sure to back up any important information beforehand.
  • You can create a new account with the same email or phone number after deletion, but none of your previous data will be restored.
